Flying Sites
Hong Kong boasts 3 major, spectacular, easily accessible paragliding sites, as well as a number of smaller sites a little bit off the beaten path. The major ones, authorized for commercial tandem paraglider operations by the Civil Aviation Department are Lantau (Sunset Peak), Ma On Shan (Saikung), and Shek O (Dragon’s Back). The other sites are suitable for solo flyers, but take a bit more effort to get to.
